  Nice people. more responsive than other places are in the evening. Had some fun old timey music concerts in the rec hall each night we were there. Apparently it was their anual Hobo Fest. which was fun and involved a hobo stew and a couple of skits. THer are a bunch of fun loving retirees who attend tyhese events and it was downright heart warming. they are centtally located to if you want to stay for a few days in the same spot. you can tourt the West side of the Island and the sounthern coast one day, then the central part and northern coast Kensington, Victoria Etc and then you could see the easten and south eastern coast on the thirst day. THey are right near the causeway, so if you're coming from far away, it is a convenient place to stop and from which to depart. It's family run by third and fourth gen PEI folks. They are also right on an old rail traiil cinverted for biking and hiking out the back of the grounds and situated right in the main road at the front. They are easy to spot with the huge iconic guitar along the main road. Shower nice and clean. no coins required. They even gave us coen on the cob when we showed up! 30 minutes to the island's big town Charlotte Town. A quaint place whose onlt flaw is the 10% VAT I paid on a new man bag I bought, but well worthe the visit. Live music in the streets on summer nights and fun for laborday weekend. We will go back to PEI and Sun N Shade for more good times!

  Great place with friendly staff. Eager to help and make sure your stay is good. Bathrooms and showers are clean. Games room is great. Nice place.

  Very nice site . Great staff they were extremely nice and very helpful. Free showers really clean bathrooms.shower. not on a beach but close plus they have a heated salt water pool.. 3 to 8ft deep... fun games room and recreation for kids.. my 3 and 6 year Olds loved every moment there... only problem with I think was because of the rain before arrival and dampness in night are caused way to many misquote to handle.... highly recommended this place
